Basting Sauce:
*1/2 cup honey
*1/2 cup soy sauce
*1 cup orange juice
*2/3 cup ketchup
*1 cup wine vinegar
*1 tsp dry mustard
*1 tsp paprika
*dash of Tabasco
*salt and pepper to taste
