Buy only good quality back ribs!
- The night before, remove the membrane from the concave side.
- Coat liberally with your favorite BBQ Rub and place into the fridge overnight.
- Smoke at 195 - 205 degrees for about 10 hours until done.
- During the last 2 hours, baste with K.C. Masterpiece original BBQ sauce every 30 minutes and turn over.
- Place ribs into a metal pan or tin.
- Pour about 1/3 of a beer into the pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Turn smoker down to about 175 degrees and place them back into smoker for another hour.
They should be fork tender and mighty delicious! Enjoy!
