Old Bay Seasoning 12 baby red potatoes 6 ears of corn, shucked and silk removed One beer 1 white onion, quartered 2 packages smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 lb medium to large raw shrimp, in the shell
Directions:
In a stockpot, pour enough water to cover all the ingredients.
Add Old Bay seasoning appropriate for the amount of water used.
Bring to a boil.
Add the potatoes, corn, beer, and onion.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the smoked sausage. Cook 20 minutes more.
Add the shrimp and cook about 3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink.
Drain the liquid into the sink and pour the boil onto a big serving platter or bowl.
Sprinkle with extra crab boil seasoning if desired.
