Buy good quality back ribs. Removed the membrane from the concave side.

  • Coat liberally with your favorite BBQ Rub
  • Smoke at 195 degrees for about 10 hours
  • During the last 2 hours, baste with your favorite sweet BBQ sauce every 30 minutes and turn
  • Remove ribs from smoker and put them in a metal pan.
  • Pour about 1/4 of a beer into the pan and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Turn smoker down to about 150 degrees and place them back into smoker for another hour.

They should be fork tender and mighty delicious! Enjoy!
