Mom's Chocolate Eclair

  • 1box Graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 container cool whip (8 oz)
  • 3 cups milk
  • Chocolate icing (I use canned)

Layer of Graham crackers in bottom of 9x113 dish. Mix pudding and milk. Fold in cool whip. Put half over crackers. Put another layer of crackers. Put rest of pudding mix. Add another layer of crackers. Put icing in microwave 30-45 secs. And pour over top. Let chill and serve. Keep refrigerated.
