What''s better than new?

Nothing is better than new. I fried sausage patties for the last time on my old stove this morning. Is there something wrong with the stove?

No it preformed flawless. In fact the entire kitchen goes tomorrow. Why? Appearance mostly. I think it looks old and ugly. Way back when, this was a new kitchen for somebody, but new it is no more, but new it shall be. The one item I may relocate is the refrigerator. As far as appliances go the refrigerator gets special treatment. Many of us will make room for a second refrigerator but rarely a stove or dishwasher. So to the dump they go. Like new cars and wives one day my new kitchen will become mine or someone else's old kitchen.
